We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel after 5 PM, please email us at cycle@dibfit.com. Late cancellations may be subject to our standard policy, though we will consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we do! You can purchase a gift certificate online or at Vancouver studio location, perfect for anyone looking to join an invigorating indoor spin class or explore our spin studio offerings.
One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level! With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider’s abilities. Every spin class you take will increase your confidence and strength! At DibFit, we encourage first-timers to go at their own pace, to not compare themselves to others, and just have fun! We do recommend first-time riders go in the back row to get the lay of the land and to have someone to follow in front of them.
If your selected class is full, join the waitlist. To do so, you must have an available DibFit credit, which will be used at the time you join. You cannot use that same credit to book another class while you remain on the waitlist.
If a spot opens before 5 PM PT (Pacific Time) the night before class, you will be automatically added to the class and will receive an email confirmation. No reply is needed, and the standard cancellation policy will apply once you are added.
If a spot opens after 5 PM PT the night before class, you will receive a phone call. If you answer and accept the spot, you will be added to the class. If you cannot be reached or decline, you will not be charged and we will offer the spot to the next rider on the list. If you confirm and do not attend, the standard late cancel/no-show policy will apply.
It depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. Research indicates that, on average, indoor cycling can burn 500–700 calories in a vigorous 45-minute workout. We should note that DibFit does not focus on weight loss to motivate riders!
We believe that fitness should never be used to punish your body, but rather to strengthen it!
Yes! We offer convenient lockers with built-in, easy-to-use locks.
We also have separate changing rooms, complete with toiletries and a single shower ensuring a comfortable experience before and after your spin class!
Waiver Requirement
All riders must sign a waiver prior to their first ride. Please note that our classes are taught in darkened rooms and often feature bright/flashing lights. If you have a medical concern or health-related question, please consult with your GP/physician before participating.
Studio Policy for Late Arrivals
We reserve the right to release any bikes that are not signed in within 4 minutes before class begins. For new riders, no late entry will be permitted under any circumstances, and there will be no exceptions to this policy.
For returning riders, bikes will be held for up to 4 minutes, after which they will be released. To ensure your bike is held, we ask that riders call the studio if they are running late. Late riders will not be guaranteed the bike they signed up for and may be reassigned to a different bike. Riders who are more than 4 minutes late will not be admitted into class.
Lost or Stolen Items
While we strive to maintain a secure environment, we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen at our studios. Please store your personal belongings in one of our lockers for added security during your ride.
Leaving Class Early
If a rider is planning on leaving class early, we ask that they please tell the instructor before class begins.
If it’s your first time riding with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note that if you have not signed in at least 4 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you’re running late, please give the studio a call, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We suggest sporting a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom for your indoor spin class.
When you arrive at our Vancouver spin studio, check in with the front desk. The staff will help you sign-in for your bike, give you a tour of the studio, and set up your bike with you!
