CYCLE45
The classic “cardio party” at our Vancouver spin studio is a 45-minute indoor spin class, combining intense cardio moves, an upper body workout with weights, and interval cycling set to upbeat music.
A 60-minute version of the classic CYCLE45 for anyone who wants just a little extra push! We recommend taking a CYCLE45 class before taking POWER60.
