POWERHALF

A high-efficiency 30-minute ride designed to make the most of your time. With no weight section, every minute is spent in the saddle building cardio endurance, leg strength, and power through focused intervals. Ideal for a quick, effective midday break.

POWER60

A 60-minute version of the classic CYCLE45 for anyone who wants just a little extra push! We recommend taking a CYCLE45 class before taking POWER60. ​

SPINCOMBO/BOOTCAMPS

SPINCOMBO: Our signature CYCLE45 spin class, followed by an optional off-the-bike workout, offering a variety of formats including abs, heavy weights, and stretching. This dynamic combination keeps things fresh and delivers an effective, full-body fitness experience.
