Our cardio party on a bike is a 45-, 50- or 60-minute class that combine’s cardio with upper body strength, interval rhythmic cycling and weights. We ride to the beat of the music and get stronger as a team.
Our empowering team of instructors all have their own unique energy to motivate you through your workout, on and off the bike.
At DibFit, all the bikes are numbered, and you pick one each time you book a class. Get the bike you want by logging in at noon on Monday — and be ready to grab your desired bike before someone else does.
