The classic “cardio party” is a 45-minute class combining​ intense cardio moves, an upper body workout with weights, and interval cycling set to upbeat music. You will leave feeling like you just went to the hottest club, all while being motivated and uplifted!
Our 50-minute athletic-based high-intensity strength and resistance class is the perfect opportunity to connect with your inner athlete. If you want less choreography and more focus on resistance, and a slower, more intense weight section, this is the class for you!
A 60-minute version of the classic CYCLE45 for anyone who wants just a little extra push! We recommend taking a CYCLE45 class before taking POWER60. ​Note, this is the most challenging cycling class!
