CYCLE45

The classic “cardio party” is a 45 minute class, combining intense cardio moves, an upper body workout with weights, and interval cycling set to upbeat music.

POWER60

A 60-minute version of the classic CYCLE45 for anyone who wants just a little extra push! We recommend taking a CYCLE45 class before taking POWER60. ​
